Cornus Oakleigh September Update

We are delighted to share the progress achieved during the past month at the Cornus Oakleigh site. 

The highlight of this period has been the commencement of the ground slab pour, a significant milestone in our project timeline. To ensure the structural integrity of the foundation, extensive preparations were undertaken. This involved meticulous reinforcement efforts, the installation of a concrete pump, and the careful execution of formwork.

Additionally, we have successfully completed the excavation of the upper basement under the townhouses, which will serve as dedicated garages for the townhouses. This amenity will provide all future residents with convenient and secure parking facilities.

In the coming weeks, we look forward to the precast panel installation, a process akin to assembling a grand puzzle. Furthermore, preparations for the upper basement pour are well underway.
