Oakleigh November Construction Update

We're thrilled to share the latest updates on the construction milestones achieved and what lies ahead in the coming weeks at our Cornus Oakleigh project.

Significant progress has been made with the Basement 1 suspended slab now entirely poured, providing a solid foundation for the development. The ramp from Basement 1 to the ground floor has been successfully poured, ensuring seamless connectivity within the structure. The ground floor transfer slab is also in place, marking a crucial step forward. Currently, 50% of ground floor columns and panels have been expertly positioned, contributing to the project's structural integrity. 

Structural steel assembly for Townhouses 6-10 is underway, with the ground floor frame for these townhouses already in progress, showcasing the multi-faceted advancements at Cornus Oakleigh.

Looking ahead, the construction momentum is set to continue. The focus will be on pouring suspended slabs for Levels 1 to 5, accompanied by the strategic placement of columns and panels. Simultaneously, the basement blockworks will be a key area of concentration, contributing to the project's robust infrastructure. Moreover, the framing of Townhouses 6-10 will progress, laying the groundwork for subsequent stages. As we move forward, the construction team is gearing up for the intricate process of townhouse roofing, marking yet another significant step towards the realisation of Cornus Oakleigh's vision.
