The Oakleigh Townhouse By Cornus July Construction Update

The defecting of the Oakleigh townhouses has commenced, marking significant progress towards final completion. Over the next few weeks and months, our focus will be on completing the remaining tasks to ensure everything meets our high standards. In the common areas of the apartment building, the installation of floor finishes is scheduled to begin soon. Additionally, waterproofing, installation of pods and laying of pavers will be carried out in the ground communal area.

The installation and commissioning of the intercom and security systems are set to be completed, enhancing the safety and convenience for all residents. Landscaping works on the north elevation of the townhouses are underway and the installation of the perimeter fencing is in progress to secure and beautify the area. In the basement, the fit-out and line-marking are nearing completion, ensuring organised and efficient parking.

Finally, all identified defects are being addressed to ensure the highest quality standards are met before handover. We are excited about the progress being made and look forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to completion.
