Cornus Glen Iris July Update

We're thrilled to share the latest updates from the Cornus Glen Iris project. The past month has been a whirlwind of activity, bringing us closer to the completion of this stunning development. The exteriors of our buildings have been transformed with the application of a vibrant coloured coat of render, giving the facades a sleek and modern finish that perfectly complements the overall design. Inside, the level 2 apartments have received their final coat of paint, adding a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Warm and elegant timber floors have been installed throughout all apartments, enhancing the luxurious feel and providing a high-quality finish. All joinery has been meticulously installed and the beautiful stone benchtops are now in place, ready to be admired by future residents.

Essential sanitary fixtures, including toilets and tapware, have been fitted off on the ground floors, ensuring these areas are fully functional. The bedrooms on the ground floors now feature plush carpets, adding a touch of comfort and style. Spacious wardrobes and sleek shower screens have been installed in the ground-floor apartments, completing the finishing touches for these spaces.

Looking ahead, we have an exciting month planned with numerous key milestones. We will begin touching up all apartments to ensure every detail meets our high standards. Balcony balustrades will be installed, providing safety and style to outdoor spaces. The comfort of the carpet will extend to the level 1 and level 2 apartments. Installation of wardrobes and shower screens will continue on level 1 and level 2, completing these essential features. The kitchen appliances will be installed in level 1 and level 2 apartments, ensuring kitchens are fully equipped for future residents. Sanitary fixtures, including toilets, will be fitted on level 1 and level 2, completing the essential plumbing works.

As the external works wrap up, scaffolding will be dismantled, revealing the final look of our beautiful buildings. The caulking will commence on the ground floors, followed by levels 1 and 2, ensuring all joints and seams are perfectly sealed. Towards the end of the month, our landscaping team will start transforming the outdoor areas, adding greenery and beauty to the surroundings.
