August Construction Update: Cornus Glen Iris

The Cornus Glen Iris project has made significant strides this month, with major milestones achieved as the development approaches completion. Here's a detailed update on the progress and the remaining tasks ahead.

A key visual indicator of progress, the scaffold has now been fully removed, revealing the project's striking architecture. The exterior has been finalised, giving the exterior a polished and modern finish. This has allowed the team to focus on final external touches, including painting. The external walls on Level 2 have been freshly painted, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the building and bringing the final vision of the development to life. All apartments have had their joinery fully installed, including kitchen cabinetry, wardrobes and other key fittings. This step brings us closer to providing residents with fully functional and stylish interiors. All bathroom areas are now fully tiled and fitted off, showcasing sleek designs and modern amenities. The attention to detail ensures that each bathroom offers a luxurious and functional space for future residents. With all appliances installed, the apartments are near move-in ready. The final coat of paint has also been applied, giving the interiors a fresh and vibrant feel that aligns with the high standards of the Cornus brand. The balcony pavers have been laid, providing outdoor spaces with a high-quality finish. The internal common areas are also complete, including corridors and shared spaces and both lifts have been installed, which offer a welcoming environment for future residents.
