  2. High-quality public and open spaces: The suburb features local parks, green streets and spaces, community gardens, sports and recreation facilities, among others.
  3. Services and destinations supporting locals: This is achieved through access to local schools, including pre-school and daycare facilities and nearby public transport connections that link to shops, jobs and other locations.
  4. Access to public transport: The suburb is equipped with convenient public transport connections to make travelling to other locations easier.
  5. Housing that supports the local infrastructure: The local community has a variety of housing options to suit all budgets, including affordable housing, safe streets and opportunities for ageing in place.
  6. Facilitate community economies: There are local health services available, as well as shopping centres and community groups supporting the elderly population.

Education: St Rochs Primary School,  Sacre Coeur and Glen Eira College all within a 10-14 minute walk from the project.

Public spaces: Local parks such as Peace Park, Gardiners Creek Trail, Kent Reserve and Howard Dawson Reserve, are all located within a 10-minute walk.

Shopping and dining: Glen Iris's High Street, which is home to various shops, restaurants and cafes, is only a 12-minute walk from our project.

Sports and recreation: Residents can indulge in post-work and weekend recreational activities by walking to the Gardiner Tennis Club, South Camberwell Cricket Club, or the St Kevins Old Boys Soccer Club, all within a 10-minute walk from the project.

Public transport: The Gardiner Train station is a mere 230 metres away and No 72 tram is 120m away.

Health facilities: TF Medical Family Clinic is 2 mins away and the Malvern Rd Family Medical Centre is only a 10-minute walk away.
