Current Progress:

We are thrilled to announce that all townhouses have been fully framed, with the roofs now completed. This marks a significant step forward in the construction process, as the structural elements of the townhouses are now in place. Additionally, townhouse windows are 90% installed, allowing natural light to flood the interiors and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the residences.

Furthermore, the townhouse services rough-in is now 90% complete, ensuring that essential infrastructure is integrated seamlessly into each unit. The exterior works on the ground floor are nearing completion, adding to the visual appeal and durability of the buildings. Additionally, high-level services rough-in has been successfully completed in the basements, setting the groundwork for efficient utility distribution throughout the development.

Upcoming Progress:

In the upcoming weeks, our focus will be on several key tasks to propel the Oakleigh Townhouse project forward. This includes continuing the townhouse services rough-in., whilst progress will also be made in townhouse window installations to finalise this crucial aspect of the building envelope. Additionally, we will commence the internal plastering to prepare the interiors for finishing touches. Advancements in townhouse exterior will be prioritised to bring the exteriors closer to completion, enhancing both aesthetics and durability. Furthermore, the installation of townhouse stairs will begin, serving as a vital element in providing functional access between levels within each residence. Additionally, internal waterproofing, tiling, painting, and joinery works will commence to further refine the interior spaces.
