January Construction Update: The Townhouses by Cornus

As we welcome the new year, The Townhouses by Cornus in Oakleigh continue to make significant strides in their construction, marking the beginning of a promising chapter for this vibrant community. From late December 2023, the dedicated construction team has achieved remarkable milestones, setting the stage for the stunning development that is to come.

The construction team has successfully completed the framing for Townhouses 6-10, and commenced the roofing works on these homes. The rough-in services for townhouses 6-10 has also commenced, signifying a large construction milestone. 

Progress on townhouses 1-5 is substantial, with framing currently at 65%. The skeleton of these residences is taking shape, hinting at the distinctive features that will make each townhouse a unique and inviting space.

The framing for Townhouses 1-5 is set to be completed and the roofing works will commence, mirroring the progress achieved in the second phase of the development.

The initiation of services rough-in, for townhouses 1-5, will commence in conjunction with the window installation. Whilst works on the exterior will be introduced, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the townhouses while also providing an additional layer of protection against the elements.
