The retention phase has wrapped up, and we're gearing up for the structural phase with the installation of the crane now complete. Entering the structural phase signifies a crucial stage in our construction journey. This phase is all about shaping the very backbone of the building, setting the structural formations that will define its shape and framework. With the crane installation in progress, we're laying the groundwork for the intricate network of support that will bear the weight and ensure the integrity of the entire structure.

We're currently in the process of installing basement footings, and the next steps involve addressing in-ground services. Following that, our focus will shift to the meticulous preparation of the slab on the ground.

Looking to December, the team will be all set to commence work on the main precast elements in the basement, including stair cores, lift shafts, and the essential columns that will provide enduring support to the building for many years into the future. As we step into this phase, we are essentially laying the groundwork for a structure that stands resilient against the tests of time and ensures complete quality. This phase serves as the cornerstone for the construction's longevity, emphasising meticulous planning and execution to safeguard the building's integrity and ensure its sustained functionality well into the future.
