We're thrilled to bring you the latest update on the Cornus Glen Iris project as we continue to make strides in construction. Over the past four weeks, our team has achieved significant milestones, solidifying the foundation of this landmark development. We're proud to announce the topping out of the structure, symbolising the culmination of meticulous planning and tireless effort. Following this achievement, the final stress post-tensioning has been completed, ensuring the structural integrity of the building for years to come. Internally, we've commenced framing the walls of the apartments, a crucial step towards shaping the envisioned living spaces. Meanwhile, the installation of windows on the lower ground floor has enhanced both the aesthetics and functionality of the building. In tandem, plumbing works have progressed diligently in the basement and ground floor, laying the groundwork for essential utilities. Waterproofing measures have also been implemented, fortifying the building against moisture and weather elements. Concurrently, we've begun the rough-in phase for fire, electrical, and mechanical systems, setting the stage for crucial infrastructure within the building.

Looking ahead to the next four weeks, our focus remains on maintaining this momentum. We anticipate continuing the rough-in works, with progress expected up to the underground ground floor and level one. An exciting phase commences this week as we embark on the installation of external cladding, further enhancing the building's visual appeal and weather resistance. Additionally, we'll prioritise the completion of blockwork walls in the basement, solidifying the foundational elements of the structure. Simultaneously, we'll commence sheeting apartment walls with plaster, bringing us one step closer to realising the envisioned living spaces.
