The construction team at Glen Iris is making remarkable strides as the team tackles the final residential level of Building B. The basement levels now boast permanent lighting, with formwork removed to reveal the impressive skeleton of this soon-to-be architectural masterpiece. The cleanup process is underway, preparing the canvas for the service trades and framing team to weave their magic.

The blockwork has officially commenced, adding more definition to the structure. Meanwhile, the lifts are undergoing meticulous preparations for their imminent delivery. Every detail is being carefully attended to, ensuring that Cornus Glen Iris stands as a testament to precision and excellence.

 

What's Happening This Month:

Early March - Level 2, Building B Slab Pour:

Early March - Level 2, Building B Precast Install:

Mid March - Roof Level, Building A Slab Pour:

The sky's the limit as we reach new heights with the roof level slab pour for Building A.

Mid March - Roof Level, Building B Slab Pour:

Building B follows suit as we celebrate another milestone with the roof level slab pour.
