The window installation is on track for completion by the end of May, providing residents with panoramic views and natural light. The exterior finishes and rendering will continue, whilst the oak flooring and carpet installation will commence, adding warmth and comfort to the living spaces. The lift installation will commence shortly, ensuring ease of access between floors for residents and visitors. The rooftop plant equipment area will be completed, including the installation of solar panels and hot water units, promoting sustainability and energy efficiency. Internal and external waterproofing, tiling, painting and joinery will continue, ensuring the highest quality finish throughout the building.
