July Update- Cornus Carnegie

It’s been a big month over at our Cornus Carnegie site with the structure growing and progressing. We stopped by the site to check out the North side ground floor concrete pour and it got us very excited! As we approached the site we noticed that the formwork was completed on the South side of the ground floor and work had commenced on the South side of level 1. 

At the moment the team is creating the bones of the building. We also have many different trades working on different projects around the building. In the basement and lower basement, the service rough-in work has commenced. The service rough-ins involve plumbing and electrical works. 

We are also installing the formwork on the ground floor and level 1 in conjunction with preparing the site for the level 1 South side concrete pour. Once this is complete we will commence the rough-in services on the ground floor and level 1. 

The next few months will see a lot of structural progress and you can now expect it to really progress quickly. Stay tuned to see how much our team can achieve over the next month!
