April Update: The Oakleigh Townhouses by Cornus

April has been a month of significant progress at The Oakleigh Townhouses by Cornus project. Each passing week has brought us closer to realising our vision for this exceptional community and we're thrilled to share the latest developments with you.

Throughout April, our dedicated team has achieved several key milestones. The installation of windows across all townhouses has been completed, adding both aesthetic appeal and functionality to each unit. Additionally, the commencement of privacy screen installation has begun. 

Behind the scenes, meticulous work has been done to rough-in all services, laying the groundwork for seamless functionality throughout the development. Meanwhile, painting up to level 2 has been finalised. The internal fit-out has also commenced, marking the transition from construction to the creation of inviting living spaces tailored to modern lifestyles.

Externally, progress has been equally impressive. With 90% of the exterior finishes now completed, the facades of the townhouses are nearing their final form. Simultaneously, internal plastering has reached the halfway mark. Additionally, 50% of the external rendering has been completed, adding depth and character to the facades.

Looking ahead to the coming months, there's much to anticipate. Work will continue on internal plastering and by the end of May, we expect the exterior works and rendering of the townhouses to be fully completed. Additionally, the staircase construction, from the ground floor to level 2, will also be completed by the end of May.

As we move forward, the meticulous installation of joinery will commence, bringing custom-designed storage solutions and finishes to each townhouse.
